Privacy

The short version: inputsystems.ai is a static website. There are no accounts, no logins, and no analytics or advertising trackers. We collect nothing about you beyond what you choose to send us, and we don't sell anything to anyone.

What we collect

Almost nothing. This site has no sign-up, no comment system, and no forms. We don't set analytics or advertising cookies, and we don't run third-party tracking scripts.

Two ordinary exceptions apply:

• Server logs. Our host (see below) processes standard request data, such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of each request, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. We don't use these logs to build profiles or identify individual visitors.
• Anything you email us. If you write to us, we keep your message and address for as long as it takes to reply and to maintain a record of the conversation. That's the only personal information you actively hand over.

Third parties that may see your request

Loading the site touches a few external services. We don't control their practices, so their own privacy policies govern what they do:

• Cloudflare hosts the site and serves every page. It processes request data on our behalf to deliver content and provide security.
• Google Fonts supplies our typefaces. When a page loads, your browser requests the fonts from Google's servers, which can see your IP address and the request.
• cdnjs (Cloudflare) serves a charting library used on some blog posts.

How we use information

Only in the obvious ways: to operate and secure the website, and — if you've emailed us — to respond to you. We don't profile visitors, run ad targeting, or feed anything into automated decision-making about you.

Sharing

We don't sell, rent, or trade personal information. The only parties that handle data are the infrastructure providers above, acting as processors so the site can function. We'll disclose information if the law clearly requires it.

Your choices and rights

Because we hold so little, there's usually nothing to export or erase. If you've emailed us and want us to access, correct, or delete that correspondence, just ask and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have formal rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we'll honour valid requests.

Children

This is a site about engineering work, not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here and update the date above. Material changes will be obvious from that date.
